Minimum driver's age is 23 years dependiing on make/model & group rented. Drivers aged 20 to 22 are allowed to drive if they pay Budget's young driver surcharge.
Any renter/driver must have held a national driving license for a minimum of 12 months
An international driving license is required (issued in drivers home country) for licenses printed in a non-roman alphabet
Payment must be done to Budget directly with a credit card which must be presented at vehicle pick up (cash rentals are not available)
